EuFN and Fit4Nano
Joint Workshop/Meeting
27th-29th September 2021
in Vienna
The 4th workshop of the European Focused Ion Beam Network and the joint Fit4Nano meeting took place in Vienna/Austria at the TU Vienna in a hybrid format on-site and on-line.
We heard very interesting oral (55 in total, 6 invited, 7 company talks) and poster (28) presentations, had useful discussions with exhibitors, could finally talk about scientific topics and exchange experience in FIB/SEM work in person.
Great thanks again to all the sponsoring companies/institutions which allowed us to run the workshop without any conference fee!

Dear EUFN and FIT4NANO members,
it a please to announce the new workshop location for the combined Eu-F-N/FIT4NANO workshop. Thanks to the support by Gerhard Hobler from the TU Vienna we can host the workshop at the
Campus Science Center
Franz Grill Straße 9, 1030 Vienna
starting from September 27th to 29th. The FIT4NANO WG meetings will be held at the same location on September 30th.
We hope to see you there. If the SARS-CoV2 situation in September does not allow us to have a full in person meeting we will switch to a hybrid or online format.
Participants on-site must have one of the 3 means of verification that you are not infected: evidence of a vaccination, a valid test during the preriod of the workshop, or recovery from COVID-19.

This will be a chance for you to introduce your FIB related expertise to the FIT4NANO members and the European FIB Network partners, find new friends, collaborators and partners for projects.
