Registration

While the registration is still open, we might be affected by future CoVID-19 measures by the Austrian government or the local organizers.
As of today (6.8.2021) we can still accept in-person registrations (up to 150 persons) and encourage you to do so.
In case the regulations are changed back to the ones in place in the end of June we can only accept 110 in-person participants.

Should we need to reduce the number of in-person participants we will do so in accordance with the sequence of registration.
Upon a change of regulations we will inform you about your participation option. To facilitate this procedure we will request all registered participants to confirm their planned participation.

When booking accommodation or transportation please make sure you have a possibility to cancel free of charge as long as possible.

Although there is no participation fee we would kindly ask you to register in order to faciltate the organisation of this event.

Conference dinner, coffee breaks and lunch will be offered at the conference site.

Please note:
We will provide a live stream of the meeting to all registered participants. Therefore, if you have already registered, but due to Covid-19 restrictions, will not be able to join in person, you can still access the sessions online. Speakers can also deliver their talks online if required. Online joining information will be distributed to all delegates shortly before the meeting.
